dyes dyes and more over dyes

have been working on a body sculpture - that will focus on dyes of red and blue>
red> oxygenated blood goes away from the heart
blue> deoxygenated blood goes towards the heart

want to make sure the body is 3 dimensional looking and not simply about mapping some 2-D type chart. Have had to dye the paper multiple times to make sure the depth of color was produced - was constantly scared that the dictionary pages would fail and tear apart but so far so good! knock on old book covers.
